1.a. We only accept well established websites.
A website has to be at least 6 months old in order for it to be acceptable for serving PopUnderSTAR ads.
1.b. Websites above 1,000,000 rank in Alexa have priority.
Although we do not require any minimum amount of visitors per day, we will prioritize the acceptance of websites below the mentioned Alexa rank.
1.c. Content is king.
We will reject any website with low to no content, or any website that was created simply for impression garnering.
1.d. Limited ad placements.
We do not accept websites that contain an abundance of ad banners or websites that already display pop-under ads.
1.e. Accessibility and navigation easiness.
We only accept websites that have a decent load time as well as an user friendly interface for visitors.
1.f. Illegal content or illegal activities.
Websites that contain illegal content or illegal activities are not acceptable regardless of the circumstances.
1.g. Violence, hate, racism.
We do not accept websites which promote any types of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.).
1.h. Drugs, illegal substances.
Websites that display or promote drugs or illegal substances are not acceptable regardless of the circumstances.
1.i. High-risk investments, rapid enrichment schemes and financial pyramids.
Websites that display or promote high-risk investments, rapid enrichment schemes and financial pyramids are not acceptable regardless of the circumstances.
1.j. Child pornography .
We do not accept websites which produce or provide child pornography, zoosexuality, or contain links to such content.
2.a. Altering, modifying or tampering our integration codes.
Altering, modifying or tampering our integration codes and libraries in any way will lead to instant account termination with or without prior notice. No due payments will be issued upon detecting such actions.
2.b. Autorefresh scripts or pages.
Adding our integration code on pages that contain autorefreshing scripts or codes is forbidden and will lead to website denial.
2.c. Incentivized traffic.
Instructing or suggesting any kind of interaction with our ads to the visitors of a website is strictly forbidden and will lead to account termination. No due payments will be issued upon detecting such actions.
2.d. Traffic from illegal sources.
Attempting to use fake traffic generators, bot traffic, or any kind of non-human or generated traffic will lead to account termination. This includes, but is not limited to: paid to promote, traffic exchanges, paid to click, manual or autosurfs, etc. No due payments will be issued upon detecting such actions.
2.e. Frames and iframes.
Attempting to integrate our libray on pages that are being displayed inside frames or iframes, or displaying our ads inside frames or iframes is strictly forbidden and will lead to website denial.
2.f. Altering or modifying a website in a way that violates our terms.
Altering or modifying a website in a way that violates our terms of service or regulation, after the website was previously approved will lead to website denial.
2.g. Attempting to clone or mimic PopUnderSTAR.
Attempting to clone or mimic our website, any of our pages or the landing pages of our advertisers, as well as attempting to impersonate or pose as a staff member of our company is strictly forbidden and will lead to legal action on our side.
